Dental insurance is intended to cover some but not all of the fees of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other items that are the responsibility of the patient. If you have dental insurance, please bring in your plan information when you come to your appointment. Our coordinator will work with you to assure you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
